Buyer
or Consumer behavior is the behavior that buyers or consumers display in
searching for, purchasing, using, evaluating, and disposing of products and
services that they expect will satisfy their needs. There are three phases of
buyer behavior. There are: Acquisition phase, Consumption phase and disposition
phase.
